When is my custom cake confirmed?

A request starts the conversation. The bakery will confirm the design, date and price with you. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your custom order once the bakery confirms the details.

Can I change my design?

Please discuss changes with the bakery. Requests within 48 hours of fulfillment depend on production constraints and may not be possible.

What about allergies?

The bakery handles wheat/flour, nuts, dairy and eggs. Tell us about your requirements before your order is confirmed. Vegan and gluten-friendly requests need discussion with the team.

Our facility processes wheat/flour, nuts, dairy, and eggs. We do not take responsibility for cross-contamination after informing the client.

Transport & liability

Unless delivered by our staff, we bear no responsibility for any structural or aesthetic damages to the cake once it leaves the bakery.

Environment

We are not liable for melting or structural failure due to heat or improper display at the venue.

Signature validates agreement to sizing, spelling, and all terms herein. Final order details and any signature will be arranged with the bakery after your enquiry.
